  1. Sounds like you need stomach enzymes and more acid to digest what you ate.

For the stomach enzymes: drink hot green tea (loads of s. enzymes, w/ Vit. K (potassium), pineapple, too.

You can also get good stomach enzyme pills @ your local health food stores- its amylase and prolase (acidopholis).

For more acid: teaspoon of vinegar- this will help w/ digesting your food.

  2. Peppermint oil---I keep it at home exactly for that reason.  It helps me tremendously when my stomach hurts.  You can buy it at any GNC for around six or seven dollars....

  3. "Stomach ache" is a vague and non-specific description

There are lots of possible causes of abdomenal pain...and it may or may not actually involve your stomach.  If it is HORRIBLE pain and going on for 3 days...you need to see a doctor for a proper exam, necessary tests, and a proper diagnosis before appropriate treatment can be given.

    Stomach ulcer

    Gastritis

    Pancreatitis

    Gall Bladder Disease

    Appendicitis

    Constipation

    Small bowel obstruction

    Diverticulitis

    Perforated bowel

are the most common causes of Abdo pain for people I see in the  ER.

Of course it could turn out to be something completely benign...like a viral intestinal infection, but you need to see a properly trained professional....not some Alt Med quack.

  4. Sip hot water as hot as you can without burning yourself.  It washes out the stomach.  Then some mint candy.

  5. well... this kinda all depends on a lot of things, ...

are u constipated? or the opposite? is it in the top of ur stomach or the bottom?

a little more info might help some1 with a better answer for u

  6. That is a bit long to have a stomach ache...I agree with the other answerer...go see a Doctor...it could be Appendicitis or an Ulcer or something equally as ugly.

And I believe the Appendix are on the Right...but, the pain can radiate...best to have a doctor to tell you it is not your appendix than someone who doesn't have a medical degree.

  7. mint leaves , lemon balm leaves, or a tea made of those herbs. ginger settles the stomach, tums, saltines.
