Is there ANY way that you can avoid the cancellation fee from tmobile?

i had tmobile since october and i changed my phone twice and my first phone was xchanged 3 times and all i have is problems. now i moved to a new house and tmobile does not work in the house soo i want to leave. is there any way that you can avoid a 200 hundred dollar pay from tmobile. i mean thats jus crazy

  1. termination fees are a pain, but you can only wait or pay to leave the service....if they dont offer service where you live, call them and tell them that you dont have service and thell  just take you off the network without charging  you at all, if theyll let  u do that


  2. The absolute only way to get out of a contract with any cell phone carrier (i.e. Verizon, T-mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and others) is to use the FCC rule. The FCC mandates that a consumer is not subject to the carrier policies if they are in an area where there is no service. The best way around this is to stop using the cell phone - and all phones in your plan - including data usage. Then, when you are done not using the account for a week or so your carrier will look at their records and try to test the account, when this happens place the phone in a safe or microwave so their system gets no response.
