Question

I need a case study on a specific thing...I cant find it anywhere on the internet...like, at all....in this case I need to do a report on a sickle cell patient who had a lap chole......anyone?? I have been searching for 3 nights straight and no dice.... ;-) Help....please...

Do you have access to a library? A medical librarian would definitely be able to help with this question!! Even if you don't belong to the university or medical community they may still be able to provide some assistance.

If you do not have privileges at a medical library check with your state's library, they may offer online access to databases. You should be able to log in with your driver's license and access many different databases. Your tax dollars may pay for it so you may as well use it!

This will often link you into PubMed articles and you can limit you search within PubMed to free full text articles (through PubMed Centeral)
