i'm going to waterloo ON, Canada , i need to know if there is any walmart there .

Not in Waterloo itself, but in neighbouring Kitchener there are two. One is at Highway 8 and Fairway, and one is at Highway 4 and Fischer-Hallman.

No, there is not.  Waterloo city council will not allow one to be built within city limits.  Permission has been granted for one to be built just north of the city though.  

Nearby there are 4.  

2 in Kitchener --- hwy 8 and Fairway Rd (Fairview Mall) AND --- hwy 7/8 and Fischer Hallman Rd (Sunrise Mall).  

1 in Guelph --- Woodlawn Rd and hwy 6 north heading towards Fergus.

1 in Cambridge --- hwy 24 (Hespeler Rd) and Pinebush Rd (Cambridge Power Centre.)
