Is there Google program that tells how many people have visited a certain type of site? I remember along time ago someone mentioned Google Hits? If there really is can you post a link? That would very great.

You can use alexa.com or compete.com

I don't think google have something like that

maybe you saw google trends or adwords that is for finding popular keywords.
