Hydrogen fuel is a concept that can modernize the world automotive market within the next 20 years possibly. I hear that there might be some hydrogen adaptive add on's to modern car engine that will help with fuel economy and possibly more HP. Is this true? Thanks!

  1. no

  2. Yes please go here and learn how it's done:

If you make your own hydrogen or buy it from a fuel provider the cost of a GGE (gallon of gas equivalent) is less than current gasoline prices.  As such the energy whether from gasoline or hydrogen is going to take you pretty much the same distance.   Plus no toxic emissions.

  3. If your car is ruining good on gasoline it will profit u nothing to add more fuel without an oxidizer. The motor is burning all the available oxygen so to add more fuel doesn't do anything.

  4. sure you can buy compressed hydrogen at most welding gas suppliers(with the proper paper work), & your car will run on it just by running a pipe from the pressure regulator on the bottle into the air intake on your car instead of a gasoline line.

if you do it right you could probably drive about 25 miles on $100 worth of fuel.

  5. If you do not optimize the air:fuel and ignition timing...yeah, you just might see 25miles for $100.

I've yet to see a Hydrogen optimized carb/injection setup and/or retro kits that are honest.   Most of what you'll see on the 'Net are scams.
