Is there Philippine Embassy in Afghanistan? or nearest Philippine embassy in this area/country/city?

I am looking for Philippine Embassy in Afghanistan or wher can I find Philippine embassy near to this location. I knew that when you apply for a tourist visa to Philippine the Afghan will go to Philippine embassy but unfortunately there is no Philippine Ebassy in Afghanistan. Is it in India, Iran abudabe or where? We need help. More power!

Not existing in Afghanistan.  The nearest one is located in Pakistan.  I would suggest you to contact them and enquire about the formalities.
