  1. I would say so, the USA has had a team in the past few Rugby World cups.

  3. We have a Rugby team at my College.  There are tons around the East Coast.

  4. yes there are teams every where. I play in MN. I play in what is called division 2 on the scale of competativeness. and we play teams from all over.
