Believe it or not there is a 2 mover.  1 f4 e6 2 g4?? Qh4# this is called Fool's Mate.  The one you were probably thinking about is 1 e4 e5 2 Qh5 Ke7?? 3 Qxe5#

Fool's mate is when white moves the f-pawn up one or two squares and the g-pawn up two on his first two moves while black has brought out his e pawn so the queen can go to g4#.

1. f3 e5

2. g4?? Qh4#

The same thing for black only it's in three moves because white goes first.

1. e4 f6

2. d4 g5??

3. Qh5#
