Russia is not an importation of black slaves, unlike America. Therefore, in Russia the word "Negr" is not a curse word or offensive.

Also:

1. Russia is far from Africa.

2. USSR lived outside the Iron Curtain, so other people do not come to us.

3. We have a very cold winter. :)
