Is there a Blackberry or Palm Treo device that manages email?

Looking to see if there is a Blackberry or Palm Treo device that allows you to check your e-mail, but at the same time updates the changes you have made once you get back to a computer.

For example. You get an incoming email...then respond to it from your PDA device. You get back to your office, and check your outlook...and the email you wrote from your PDA will show up on your computer.

Thanks!

  1. The BlackBerry device can do this. I am using a BlackBerry device with a hosted BlackBerry Enterprise Server account, and this is exactly how my e-mail works. If I delete an e-mail on Outlook it will also delete on the BlackBerry, and vice versa. Also, if I write an e-mail on Outlook it will show on the BlackBerry.

  2. To follow up on your additional details ... any Blackberry should do that, as the Enterprise server works with them all I think.  I have a Curve, and it does that.

As for the Motorola Q, yes, I do believe that is available via AT&T.  (I have one for work, but it's with Verizon.)  My boyfriend has the Tilt with AT&T, and it does the same thing; it has Windows Mobile OS, which is what you need, not a particular phone.

All of AT&T's data plans are $30, whether it's Blackberry, Palm, or otherwise.

  3. You can do the same with a windows mobile device. My Motorola Q can do the same. My data plan is 30 dollars a month with my voice plan. Its a little cheaper than a Blackberry data-plann. My data-plan also has unlimited internet usage as well. The Motorola Q is thinner and doesnt weigh as much as a Blackberry. It might be worth looking into. My serice is with Verizon. Good luck
