I'm wanting to go to Australia, but hate flying and was wondering if anyone knew of a cruise line that had cruise options from the US to Australia.

  1. Princes cruises has several but not a regular schedule. Regent seven seas, Cunard are a couple more that sail between AU and US.

We would be glad to research a cruise for you at not cost to you for the research. We also do not charge a 'booking fee' for our services.

  2. There are several, but  no regularly scheduled runs - Usually in the early part of the year, as part of their World Cruises on Cunard, Princess, RSSC and a couple of others, you can take a segment that goes from various US ports to Australia.  Typically they are cruises of anywhere from 18 to 30 days.

  3. Yes there are cruises from the US to Australia but they are very long.  Here's one on Princess:  http://www.princess.com/pb/itineraryDeta...

    Hawaii, Tahiti & South PacificSFO/SYD 30 Days

This itinerary features a 30-day cruise with 15 ports of call, including visits to San Francisco, Pago Pago and Sydney.

    Ship: Star Princess

Voyage Embarkation Port: San Francisco, California

    Number of Days: 30 Days

    Embarkation Date: Sept 23, 2009

    Itinerary:9934

It leaves from San Francisco and is 30 days.

Holland America cruise line has several cruises, also very long, leaving from West coast US ports to Australia:

OR, you can get on the cruise in Seattle (and also LA)

    Ship:  ms Volendam

Ports of Call: Seattle, Washington;  Los Angeles, California;  Honolulu, Oahu, United States;  Hilo, Hawaii;  Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii;  Crossing the Equator;  Pago Pago, American Samoa;  Apia, Western Samoa;  Cross International Dateline;  Suva, Fiji;  Port Vila (Vanuatu);  Ile De Pins, New Caledonia;  Noumea, New Caledonia;  Bay of Islands, New Zealand;  Tauranga (Rotorua) New Zealand;  Napier, New Zealand;  Wellington, New Zealand;  Auckland, New Zealand

So you CAN cruise there, but then you need a way to get back without flying.
