Is there a Cusp in the Ascendant?

Question

Someone who is born on October 23rd is considered to be Libra/Scorpio Cusp , but if someone had his Ascendant in the 2nd Degree of a particular sign (pisces for example) wouldn't this make him an Aquarius/Pisces Cusp?

The answer is NO.  There are no ascendant cusps.

Why are people who supposedly have cusps the only ones who believe in them??  I think it's a need to feel special.

Any why are you even asking a question if you already have the answer?  Apparently, you are not interested in the truth... only finding silly people who agree with you.  Like that's hard to do on the internet.  

Suggesting someone read a book is pointless if you don't say which book or at least author.  There are alot that are the astrological equivilent of a Danielle Steele novel.  Plus there is alot of misinformation on the net.  It amazing me that people can study astrology for 8 years and still be clueless.  LOL

please ignore the blah blah in the first answer , yes there is a Cusp in the Ascendant , i know that because my ascendant is a Virgo/Libra Cusp and i have my 7th house in Pisces/Aries Cusp.

In Astrology 'cusps' relate to houses--not signs. What books are you reading? 99.99% ? Not among astrologers.

I THINK yes , but i'm sorry i can't give you a sure answer. And for the above answerer : the "stupid" Cusp is TRUE and the best example for it is a man called ADOLF HITLER

Edit: I don't care about your opinion , Jack clearly believes in the Cusp and his question was directed to the 99.99% who believe in the Cusp! so_since you don't believe in the Cusp_ he didn't need your answer,  and Adolf Hitler is a Cusp : he was born on April 20th (The last day of Aries) 6:30 Pm (After the Sun entered Taurus by one hour or so) , Don't believe ?? i don't care , the rest of the world does.

Edit: Don't worry Jack i got used to this kind of insults , why? because they are the weapon of those who have no point and believe me i know dozens of this type of people.

Edit : Since some people insist on ignoring my original answer and seem very passionate about the 99.99% then i guess i'll give you an explanation : Simply because the Cusp  _as Jack said_ is a fact and no one knows about Astrology denies it . i didn't expect to see some ignorant people who deny the WHOLE idea of the Cusp, Denying the existence of the Cusp means that you need to read A LOT about Astrology  , if you know the meaning of Astrology in the first place .On the other hand you are trying to put words in my mouth , i never discussed If there were a Cusp Ascendant or not , i said : I THINK yes , but i'm not sure. my answer to that girl was about the Existence of the rule of the Cusp NOT about the Ascendant Cusp. Yes there is an Ascendant Cusp , and yes having your ascendant 2 degrees in Pisces makes you an Aquarius/Pisces Cusp , and since you brought the Hitler issue did you know that Hitler Had a Libra/Scorpio Cusp Ascendant? now you know.
