Is there a Dave and Buster's in or near Portland Oregon??

My dad is coming to visit from So Cal and we always enjoy going to Dave and Buster's. I saw a comercial on a Portland station the other day but didn't list any locations.

Supposedly there is one coming to the old theaters near Washington Square.  Over by the TGI Friday's and the failed Cucina Cucina.  It will be great if that is true as it will revitalize that little area.
