More than likely or at least a relay of Disney via your cable or satellite services.  I visit UK sites such as the BEEB and various English video producers like Wallace and Grommit so you can certainly try this link to http://www.disney.com and ask them.  They provide links to Disney/Pixar and other related sites as well which you might find of interest and could certainly advise you how to convince your carrier to add it to their menu if they do not already do so.
