Is there a FREE site that I can upload my own images and somehow change the background?

Kind of like Photoshop I guess,k but I have no idea how to go about editing pictures. Any advice and/or sites would be appreciated.

there are several sites online you can use to edit pictures,thought to edit backgrounds online may require a bit of copying and pasting and uploading  and transferring pieces,
