  1. There is no free site that I know of that will tell you how many times your father has been married.

    Why not just ask?

    And you really don't need to bribe us genealogists.

    We do research for the love of it.


  2. Free?  Not that I know of.

    Ancestry.com has marriage indices from various states, but you need a subscription to access them.

    And my learned colleague is correct...no need to bribe a genealogist to do research!
