There are some websites out there that can review finger spelling and have encyclopedias of signs.  However,  I strongly suggest taking a class in it if you want to become proficient.  A lot of local community colleges offer than as non-credit classes for not a lot of money.   ASL is a language and has grammar and body position and rules just like English and other languages.  You might be able to learn some signs from a website but you will have a real difficulty learning the language.
