Is there a French (or any language...) word that sounds anything like "vanquerétte"?

I did fine "vaquer," which is like "vacation." Theoretically, you could add "-ette" to it, to make it sound smaller and cuter... but it's not a noun, so that wouldn't really work.

And "vaquero" means "denim" in Spanish. But they don't use "-ette," they use "-ito" or "-illo."

Italian doesn't even have anything close.

Portuguese has "vaquerio," which means "to vaccinate."

I'm not finding anything that starts with "van" that goes in that direction, though. Sorry.

I wouldn't worry too much about it anyway - dreams are just our brain's interpretation of the day before, trying to go through and sort everything out. It's not like you're predicting the end of the world, or anything.
