  1. Lavender is supposed to help . . .candles, bath salts etc.

    Chamomile tea is said to relax you also . . I exercise at bedtime and it totally relaxes me . . .Good luck


  2. Lemon balm tea (or capsule), passiflora incarnata (capsule/tablet), chamomile tea, or rooibos tea. These are some of the most well-known relaxation inducing and sleep promoting herbs. I would try Lemon balm tea (warm) first of all and drink a cup before or after your evening meal, and another cup about an hour before you go to bed.

    A dolomite/other calcium-magnesium combination tablet can also help and is worth taking for this purpose. Also consider a warm bath before bed time with a few drops of essential oil of Lavendar.

  5. Australian Bush Flower Essences Emergency Essence is an energy medicine and is not a drug. Can put 7 drops in 16 oz of water shake and sip starting about half an hour before bedtime and leave some in the bottle in case you wake during the night to sip again then to fall back asleep.

    IF it is a busy mind then Calm & Clear Essence is a better combo from that problem.
