Not that I know of, yet with pretty much any sports bar in Arizona its made up of fans from all around the league

There is no dedicated bar.  Seems as if this town can only muster "Packers" "Bears" and "Steelers" bars.  Set up a meetup group to find fellow fans.  I found a place where a bunch of Redskins fans meet here in Phoenix.  Any sports bar in town (worth a salt) will have the NFL Sunday ticket and at least one TV tuned into each game.  So just find your favorite bar, there are TONS in and around Phx/Glendale.  Find your game and watch...pretty soon you may notice other fans of your team gathering and maybe you can get a big group going, that's my advice.
