Is there a Kuwait Embassy's representative office in Chennai and Hyderabad?

I am based in Chennai, i dont want to go to Kuwait Embassy in Delhi or Mumbai to get my Dependant Visa evidenced..I would like to check, is there any office in Chennai or Hyderabad to get this done?

This job must be done in Kuwait embassy.There is no substitute office to do this, so you must definitely choose either of the two available options.
