I am trying to build a vintage Star Wars figure collection. Was there a figure of Leia as a slave girl in the original Return of the Jedi figure lineup of the early 80's? If so, where can I get one? There are none on Ebay. Thanks. Fred

  1. No, there isn't.  The first Slave Leia figure (Called "Jabba's Prisoner") wasn't released until 1997 in Hasbro's "Power of the Force" collection.  There was also a 'deluxe' version a few years later which came packaged with the sail barge cannon and featured a fabric 'loincloth'.

By the way, here's a link to the vintage figures section of Rebelscum.com - which may help you.  The also have photo archives of many other SW toys and collectibles as well as a knowledgeable forum.  http://www.rebelscum.com/vintage.asp
