Is there a Library version of the board game Risk? (with plastic pieces, not wooden) Where can I get one?

I live in Los Angeles and I want to find a library version of the board game Risk but with the modern plastic pieces. Any help?

Are you looking for the Target Library/Bookshelf editions.  The Target website is unclear as to whether the game comes with wooden or plastic pieces, but here's the link on their webpage.

Since this version is a Target exclusive, you will probably only have one option as to whether the pieces are wooden or plastic.
