Is there a Lineage 2 kamael,interlude,C5 non-enchant private server with GM shop and1x 1x 10x rates???

Question

So,all I want is a private server with exp 1x,adena 1x, and SP 10x,free enchant 0,max enchant 0 (no enchantments)...GM shop without Dragonic armor,Imperial crusader and that white robe (S grade all) and the jewels(these will be from raids)...and the S grade wepons like dragonic bow etc will be crafteble,only all grade wepons,tatoos,jewels and armors exept the S grade ones...So is there a sv like this or almost like this in this world???:)
