Is there a Monthly charge for using the Nuvi 660 GPS?

Not really.  The basic GPS functions (where you are, how to get to a specific destination) are all included in the purchase price.

But if you use the Bluetooth feature to link to a cell phone, for example, the cell time will still be chargeable.  And if you want any extras (special maps or map updates) you can expect to pay a one-time charge for them.
