Yes, there is a branch of the Nationwide in Manchester. HOWEVER, I would make several points:

There is no street in the UK called Precot Road. However, there is a branch of the Nationwide in Prescot Road, Liverpool.

The Nationwide is not a bank - it is a building society

Old Swan is in Liverpool, not London

L13 is a Liverpool postcode - again, not London

An address cannot be in both London and Manchester - they are two different cities, hundreds of miles apart

Whoever wrote your email should make their mind up what city they are talking about.
