Is there a Post Office in Tijuana,B.C. that "forwards" mail to the United States?

Does anyone know if there is a Post Office or mail forwarding service in Tijuana, B.C. that forwards mail from Tijuana to California????

Besides UPS, MultiPack or FedEx, you can use some others like ExpressMail, Rapido, etc...

With UPS you can send small packages but you must drop it in their office near the airport. Letters and envelopes, they can pickup at your place. No next day (red) available, as the mail must pass Mexican-US customs first.
