Is there a Program that allows you to clear your entire hard drive?

I am in need of clearing my entire hard drive, i know that there is a disk that does this, but is there any free software on the internet that i could get? thank you

If you mean to reinstall windows after cleaning

the windows install disc will do it Boot from cd drive

when windows installs all it drivers etc you will be given a choice of what to do D = delete disk press it and follow instructions then press             F = format choose quick format and use NTFS file system

then continue with install

NTFS file system can see fat 32 file system but not the other was around
