Is there a Real trauma center-like Organization?

On the game Trauma Center Second Opinion and New Blood there are elite organizations for the best surgeons/doctors/researchers. Are there any of these organization/hospitals in real life? Like Caduceus on Trauma Center? Just curious. :P
