Yes, there is a restaurant called Spindletop (one word) at the Hyatt in Houston.  They open for dinner only at 6 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.  They are closed Sunday and Monday.  They close at 10 pm Tuesday through Thursday; they close at 11 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Yes there is. I've been there before and it is really nice. It is in the Hyatt Hotel

It's that spinning restaurant on the roof of the Hyatt downtown.

You can't miss it. It looks like a flying saucer parked on the roof.
