  1. Only to make them smell good . . .it won't help the swelling go down. . .drink plenty of fluids, elevate them so they are above your heart, exercise them, support hose help and cut the salt from your diet . . .if they don't go down in a day or two, see your doctor.


  2. to help  the swelling you might want to start taking Vitamin B6 ,potassium,  no fast foods & move around , when sitting  elevate you feet, drink plenty of filter water

  3. too many things it could be, you need a better diagnosis.

    Could be kidney problems, heart, circulation?

    time to see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis, then perhaps the advice would be more likely to be more than a wild guess.

  4. vineger usually helps swollen feet. from what i read, i think it might be white vinegar

  5. I dont know, but I can tell one cause for swollen feet. Believe it or not it's lack of water. If you dont specifically know the cause then  you might be dehydrated. You can look this up if ya dont belive me. I learned it from my girlfriend's Curves pamphlets. My feet also swell,but i drink more water and the swelling goes down. thought you might be interested.

  7. Not that I have heard of ...... soaking your feet in cool water will help ........ elevating them will help ....... drinking lots of water to stay hydrated will help ....... cutting down on your salt will help too ....... = )
