No S&W here but both Morton's and Ruth Chris have the Kobe Beef on there menu's and there are a few smaller places, Le Bifteque in the Sherton Center Hotel is a nice family palce, I worked at one of Torontos premier steakhouse back in the 1990's, Barberian's on Elm St, just off off Yonge north of Dundas is an experience to have, a bit pricey, any good place in town will for 2 people with a drink, wine and dessert be $100-200 a shot, sorry no Ponderosa's here either???

i've never heard of colby beef... i have heard of kobe beef.  just call them up and ask.
