Your local phone company has DS3 service.  It is going to require extra equipment and problably be expensive.  A DS3 is one Muldem of a Multiplexer which is equivilent to 672 DS0 phone lines.  If you are on copper wire, they will have to have an available Muldem and need to add a coax.  If you are on fiber, they will need to add an O3D3 (Optical to DS3).  You are going to need DS3 equipment.
