  1. in England its called the Lotto

no its no illegal to win from another country

  2. Scam, it is written all over it, never fall for something that sounds to good to be true because it probably is, Snoops.com is a good place to check these things out.

  3. Yes there is a UK National Lottery, and depending on the laws in your country it can be illegal to play in another country's lottery.  (USA citizens can't play in the UK, for example.)  No matter what, though, you can't win if you didn't buy a ticket, and there's no such thing as email lotteries...

There are thousands of advance fee frauds floating around. Take a look at urgentmessage.org for over 50,000 samples -- fake lotteries, next-of-kin scams, over-invoiced contracts, job scams... the list is practically endless!

  4. are you talking about lottery on the internet ? if so ? you must not trust this ..........if you did not ask for anything ? why would one give you something ?

otherwise ? no, it is not illegal if you can play on your own ......not on the internet :-)
