Is there a UK version of the North American Farmer's Almanac?

Or are there other ways to see long-range (e.g. months in advance) forecasts? I must find out whether I should bother staying in the country this summer after last year summer's super-rubbish weather.

*This is the Farmers Almanac in case anyone doesn't know what it is: (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farmers'_Almanac)...
