The above answer is correct.  There is a Veterans Hospital in Bangkok for Thai military.  However,  no VA hospital.  Used to be a clinic in the Philippines contracted by the VA, but corruption caused it to close down. You could go to JUSMAGTHAI they have a guy who handles claims for VA disablities claims.
