  1. you can buy waterpills otc at any drug store

    just ask the pharmasist

they are a diuretic, so don't go crazy with them

  2. There are lots of options for tablets to combat water retention, they are called duretics. Make sure you get appropriate advice before starting on them.

You can also try nettle or dandlion tea they both have natural duretic properties

  3. Yes, they are called diuretics.  You can buy them over the counter under the brand name diurex.

  4. yes.

there are many diet pills that specialize in the loss of water weight.

ask your doctor, or even go to wal-greens, they have them.

    WARNING:

you will have to pee. A LOT.

  5. before starting to take water pills, cut back your salt intake.  you may not have to buy or take anything.  Our diets are very high in hidden salt and a person eats way more salt than you think.  ideally, you should consume about 2000mg of sodium.  That is probably the amount in your grilled cheese and tomato soup you ate for lunch. Watch labels of foods, cut out gravy, canned soups, processed meats(think bologna, ham, deli turkey, pastrami etc) pizza, Kentucky Fried chicken, etc.  If you are having water retention, that will help solve it.

  6. forget the pills.....................eat celery and parsley

  7. Try the herbs in tea form first... either Clover Tea,  Dandelion Tea or Comfrey tea.    Note if your blood is too thin don't use Comfrey as it is also a blood thinner!   These herbs I mentioned are available in capsule form but I always advise trying the tea form first!

  8. Papaya and garlic, 2 tabs in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. for 3 days.

You will need to pee a lot, so be prepared!
