Its a USA territory, My At&t iphone worked great and its just like being on the mainland. See their coverage maps, it will show you.

Yeah there is AT&T and work perfectly in all Puerto Rico, there aren't TMobile but i think that they cell phones work here with roaming. but AT&T is the best here.

I believe that they both go under different names in Puerto Rico.

My T-Mobile phone worked fine, with no roaming charges, under the Suncom company, while I was there last January.

I believe AT&T works under the Cingular name in Puerto Rico. My dad has Cingular and he says it has the most coverage in the island.
