  1. There's really not a bad day. But at joeys all you can eat day's..i'd kinda skip.

  2. The day isn't so important, per se. Many restaurants get fresh fish flown/delivered daily.

However, if a restaurant has a seafood dish "on special" that is usually on the menu at regular price be careful. Restaurants usually do this to get rid of food that is about to go bad to avoid losing money on having to throw it away. Usually the fish/seafood won't be the freshest.

But if the dish on special isn't on the menu or if it's unique perhaps they want to offer customers a change with some fresh tasty fish that they usually cannot get.

  3. Hey Bouchy

    you smell like fish

    be a vegiterian.

Then there will be no bad days for you.

  4. If its at McDonalds then every day is a bad day to order fish.

  5. i don't think so!!

  6. we have heard that during the week is the freshest because they have it flown in but they don't fly them on weekends. Prices are higher for weekend overnight shipments

  7. If there has been no power for three or four days, I'd be inclined to keep away from the fish. But apart from that.. What a strange question. Good restaurants would have fresh fish every day. Bad restaurants would at least freeze their fish and places like Maccie Dees and Kendicky have fish which have a longer shelf life than the shelves they sit on.

So why only fish.. What about meat, fruit and veggies.

  8. Fish will be fresher during the week (usually).

Well, at least that has been my experience in Toronto.

  9. Any day is good at a restaurant that specializes in Fish.  Don't however, order fish in a restaurant known for its meat dishes.
