Is there a bank in the US that will finance me for a condo in Cartagena, Colombia? Business, home or personal?

If there is not a bank is there another way without upfront cash?

Create your business plan, or look at banks that may be there right now.

If you plan to build and sell and make aot of money they may come on-board.

I'm not sure but I dont think so. Are you a colombian citizen? If you are you might be able to apply for a loan, but interests rates in colombia are high so taht would be a drawback.
