If there's a mega-sports bar with a satellite dish, you might get lucky.  But don't get your hopes up.  I doubt any US cable network would be showing Canadian football on a NFL Sunday...

The game is carried live, on several cable networks in the U.S. you might want to contact several bars, and I am sure you will find one.
