Is there a basketball team thats not too competitive for a beginner in the denver-metro area?

mabe basketball is the way to go

Usually area YMCA's have leagues that aren't too competitive, so you could call them and ask....also just going to like a 24 hour fitness and practicing shooting will help! Check the places out on this link and give them a call. Its a great sport, hope you pick it up!
