  1. First of all there is not just one thing you can do for your add but several. I am a mother of two children with ADHD and neither of them are on meds. First of all, I make sure that they are on an all natural/organic diet. All of the preservatives and additives in processed foods just make the symptoms worse. High fructose corn syrup is a big one to stay away from and it seams to be in everything. So you have to read labels very carefully.

Second, ADD and ADHD are linked to some common mineral deficiencies like chromium, zinc, magnesium, Vanadium, iron, and also are depleted in Vitamin B6.

Amino acid are also very important in you diet as well as Omega 3-6-9

I give my boys Liquid Plus it is multivitamin, multimineral, trace minerals, amino acids and enzymes.

    I get it at http://thenaturalyou.net/index.html

I also give them Omega 3-6-9  and I get that through Puritans pride. http://www.puritan.com/?scid=4150&cm_mmc...

They have really great deals like buy 1 get 2 free or by 2 and get 4 free. It really saves me alot of money.
