  1. there all LOTS of straighteners better than the "CHI" i dont see what the big deal is. they work good but break after 6 months

    i prefer the sedu

now thats what im talkin abt

  2. GHD!!!!!!!!!

MAKES MY HAIR LOOK LIKR SILK !

  3. I have thick, wavey, long hair... and the HAI works great for me. Its about $130.00

  4. Yes. The Kiyoseki. It's a flat iron used by Carmen Electra. I had the Chi for a year but it broke down eventually. It leaves you hair straight, but my hair was always still very dry. When I tried the Kiyoseki, there was a total difference in my hair. It was shiny and silky.

  5. i have the remington wet to straight one and it works perfect and its not that expensive like 20 bucks

  6. I actually JUST asked my hair stylist about this yesterday! I am considering buying a CHI, or a GHD. I asked her which would be better, and she told me the GHD is better for course, thick hair, and the CHI is best for fine, thin hair. I have thin hair, so I am going to buy the CHI, but the GHD is totally another one you could try. They run about $250, but they have special kinds of plates that maintain the temperature throughout the whole styling process, like the CHI, but they just get hotter. Hope this helped!

  8. I also have thick curly bushy hair. And I have the normal CHI (without the temperature settings, so it goes up to 400 degrees). Since it gets so hot, it does a really really good job. CHI straighteners are as good as they get!

  9. The CHI is still the best but if you want to make it even more effective, you have to combine it with the right products. I recommend John Frieda Frizze Ease Hair Serum or Bed Head Control Freak Straightening Mousse. Here are some helpful reviews/descriptions of them all, along with the best straighteners:
