there I am driving down the road when I notice a cockroach sitting on my steering wheel staring right at me...AMAZED I didn't crash, I caught it and got rid of it, I just tried to pretend it didn't happen, but tonight in my car with my girlfriend a spider quickly crawled across the windshield, I THINK I killed it, but that drive home after dropping her off was horrifying, I did not witness its death lol. So it could have gotten away, waiting for me to hit a turn and then crawl up my leg GAH!!! so... hence my question I can't take it anymore, if anyone has some kind of magic trick I would love to hear it, other than just finding them all, cuz we all know you can never find ALL of them....thanks!

  1. well, i guess you could open the window and hope for it to fly out lol. Maybe get some food dangle it out the window and wait for it to fly/walk out? Otherwise the old "squish-squish" is good lol.

  2. In all seriousness, how about a paradigm shift in how you view insects? They're just small animals, our planet's ecosystem depends on them, and with very few exceptions, they do you no harm-- in fact, in most cases they do us all a lot of good. It's just as easy, when our paths cross in an environment where co-existence is inconvenient but harmless, to carefully-- and gently-- relocate an insect to the outdoors, and each go their respective ways. Why kill something for nothing more than its being, when it poses no threat? Most of us are conditioned to have an irrational fear of insects, but there's really no reason for this to be so. That poor little spider had much more to fear from you than you did from it...
