  1. You could make some sort of satellite with a bowl and aluminum foil and place it on your wireless adapter. It amplifies the signal. make sure you point it towards the source of the signal or it won't work. your going to have to move the foil until you find it.

  2. It actually depends on the house structure and your internet provider. Your bandwidth speed, not so router and wireless from xbox. Say your on comcast with an upload speed of 40kbs and your xbox is in the basement and your router is above you vs same floor as router (room) and verizon fios with 600kbs upload. Obviously that's better, as in lag wise. I play just fine on xbox live without a problem with my setup / connection is what im trying to say. There is only one (60$) wireless adapter for the 360 i believe and thats all you really needed if you prefer wireless.

LOL @ That r****d trying to run a scam using a free website host "angelfire".

  3. If you can remove the antenna from the router you may want to consider getting a better antenna, that may help with your wifi reception on your xbox 360.  Maybe getting a USB extension cable and connecting it between the Xbox 360 and the wireless adapter so that you can get it out from behind the Xbox if it's in an entertainment unit and get it to someplace near by where the reception would be better.

  4. Wireless is horrible for XBox 360

The data packet loss is incredible... get a long cable. I would consult your ISP whom might have provided the wireless.
