Is there a bigger version of a Cavalier King Charles which is called a King Charles spaniel?

My last dog was given to me as a King Charles spaniel - looked like a cavalier but the same size as most other spaniels - not tiny like the cavaliers.

In the UK ets are called King Charles Spaniels but they are smaller than Cavaliers at 8-14 lbs

No, just the small breed exists. They are not a miniature version of a larger breed. Your dog was either an extremely large Cavalier, a Cavalier mix, or not a Cavalier at all.

i am wondering if maybe you had a Brittany Spaniel?  They have the same color markings as a king- but are bigger- see the akc page below

new dog breeds keep popping up nowadays. i have never heard of a king charles spaniel, but it's possible... i guess. then again, people can always trick you. at least where i live, they do. ask the vet! :D

No there is no such breed you most likely had either a britney spaniel or a english springer spaniel

The Cavalier is not a tiny breed of dog they can weigh up to 18 lbs. Some time's people call the King Charles, this is the same as the Cavalier. The proper name for this breed is Cavalier Kings Charles Spaniel.
