Is there a bike path that goes all the way across the United States??

I heard there is a bike path that extends across the United states. or that they are all connected. Just wondering if this is true

I think you are referring to the Appalachian Trail which goes from Maine to Oregon. It really isn't a bike trail and some parts are quite treacherous but I guess if you had a burr up your butt you could ride a bike on it.

Not a bike path per se. But there are routes that people ride all the way across. One of the routes is for the Race Across AMerica (RAAM). It starts in just a few weeks. If you're so inclined, you can download maps of the route at http://www.raceacrossamerica.org/subwebr...
