I just had this weird sensation while I was asleep (like 30 min ago).
It was so weird, I felt like something was crawling into me. It crawled from my feet to all the to the tip of my brain. I was pretty sure it dominated my entire body. My lips turned cold, and I felt like I was completely frozen. All of a sudden, I was shaking, up and down, really fast. I was trying to scream for my mom, but my tone was gone, and I could only hear myself whispering instead. I was sure that I was going to die, I even told myself "So this is how it feels like when you die?".
It was so weird, I felt like I was in a train going really fast but not reaching anywhere… I'm sorry, it's so hard to explain.
Anyways, as soon as the sensation was gone, I made a connection about this Mexican guy who told me that in Mexico its so hunted that its quite normal to have this kind of experience with a "ghost". He experienced couple times in Mexico, and now that I recall, the way he described his experience is the same way as I just had. I really don’t believe in ghosts, or other spiritual mythology (including God), but this experience felt very real to me. I wasn’t much scared, but more shocked, shocked by the fact that now I’m convinced ghosts are real. If ghosts exist, then God exists. I’m still denying the fact that maybe it was just a dream. But to be honest, I can’t remember what I was dreaming. If I close my eye and try to recall what I was dreaming, I keep picturing myself in this very dark room, only a bed stands out and I on it, then I see myself shaking. It may sound like a dream, but it didn’t feel like it.
I’m looking for a biological/psychological reason behind all this? I can assure you it was real alright. I will admit, I did sleep with 3 pillows tonight, which is very unusual for me because usually I don’t sleep with any at all. Pillows makes me uncomfortable, and this time I was like half uncomfortable, and half comfy.
