I just had this weird sensation while I was asleep (like 30 min ago).

It was so weird, I felt like something was crawling into me. It crawled from my feet to all the to the tip of my brain. I was pretty sure it dominated my entire body. My lips turned cold, and I felt like I was completely frozen. All of a sudden, I was shaking, up and down, really fast. I was trying to scream for my mom, but my tone was gone, and I could only hear myself whispering instead. I was sure that I was going to die, I even told myself "So this is how it feels like when you die?".

It was so weird, I felt like I was in a train going really fast but not reaching anywhere… I'm sorry, it's so hard to explain.

Anyways, as soon as the sensation was gone, I made a connection about this Mexican guy who told me that in Mexico its so hunted that its quite normal to have this kind of experience with a "ghost". He experienced couple times in Mexico, and now that I recall, the way he described his experience is the same way as I just had. I really don’t believe in ghosts, or other spiritual mythology (including God), but this experience felt very real to me. I wasn’t much scared, but more shocked, shocked by the fact that now I’m convinced ghosts are real. If ghosts exist, then God exists. I’m still denying the fact that maybe it was just a dream. But to be honest, I can’t remember what I was dreaming. If I close my eye and try to recall what I was dreaming, I keep picturing myself in this very dark room, only a bed stands out and I on it, then I see myself shaking. It may sound like a dream, but it didn’t feel like it.

I’m looking for a biological/psychological reason behind all this? I can assure you it was real alright. I will admit, I did sleep with 3 pillows tonight, which is very unusual for me because usually I don’t sleep with any at all. Pillows makes me uncomfortable, and this time I was like half uncomfortable, and half comfy.

  1. that happened to me once, we koreans call that experience "ga wee"........

of course, it might have been aliens using their technology to paralyze your body and mind so they could observe/experiment on you.......... does that count as biological?

  2. well i once slept and woke with a cockroach next to me on my bed and another one on my leg...that day i felt cockroaches on me the whole day even though there werent....then i bought a bug spray and killed them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    never had a problem since!!!

Maybe a past experience has fueled this "dream" so think of wht it was and eliminate it!!!

    problem solved...i hope

  3. I do not know the biological reason for this, but it is quite common. I have the same thing-they are called night terrors. It's a sleep disorder, so there is probably no reason for it other than humans being much smarter than they need to be. They are pretty weird, I usually have them right after a nightmare. try getting laid more, or stop sleeping. Those are the only things that help with my nightmares.

  4. Take my word for it, God exists. If you want an answer from the psychological / biological perspective, I would ask: Do you have a mental health conditions such as bipolar or schizophrenia? Is there a family history of such disorders? Have you had other episodes of connecting with other persons or hearing voices that share information with you? Have you considered having a psychological or neuropsychological evaluation? If none of these are possible considerations then you may very well have had a parapsychological experience. Possession, however, brief, may have actually occurred. Believe me I know. I had them many years ago. Although mine were of a different experience. Only my religious encounter and meeting Christ resolved the terror. My encounters with this entity included screaming out for my mother only to be restrained by whatever it was that overwhelmed and controlled me in my sleep. God has the power to heal and protect. Seek Him out.

  5. Maybe it was a sign that you should turn back to God, you know he was showing you that he does exist and so does ths spiritual world?!?! i don't know sorry.

  6. You and only you have a God given right to your body.  If that happens again pray and pray hard.

  7. Okay. I think you have experenced a nightmare. Dreams can be unpredictable and random, and mostly unimportant to real life. Have you been under stress or undergone any intense physical activities?

if yes than this is normal in psycology.

however, if your sure it wasnt a dream and real then see a doctor or talk to somebody else who has experienced it. I have never seen or heard o this beore so I hope what I have said has helped.
